All of our products are made from scratch using traditional recipes as well as Mrs. Aiello’s own special recipes. We use high-quality ingredients including Durum semolina flour, whole-milk, full-cream ricotta cheese, freshly grated imported Parmesan and Pecorino Romano Cheeses, fresh eggs, fresh (never frozen) chicken, lean ground beef, and pork.
Our highly skilled employees are satisfied with nothing less than perfection. And, while some machinery assists in creating our wide variety of pasta’s‚ many foods are still created the old-fashioned way—by hand! Even our famous Chicken Parmesan is still battered and breaded by hand!
