The pasta used in our Cheese Tortellini has a delicate consistency formed from an egg pasta sheet. The filling is made from select imported aged cheeses and fresh mozzarella cheese. Serve them warm with virtually any type of sauce, or cold in a pasta salad. You can’t go wrong either way!
