The cheese filling in our Manicotti consists of Ricotta, Mozzarella, Imported Parmesan Cheese, fresh eggs and select spices. The filling is wrapped in a fresh egg pasta sheet. Simple to prepare, just layer them in a baking pan with our Tomato or Meat Sauce for a comforting and satisfying meal!
