Shipping Schedule ans Services
Orders ship out on Tuesday of each week via Federal Express. Any order placed prior to 11:59pm EST. Monday will ship on the next Tuesday. Any order placed after this time will ship out on the following Tuesday. Orders arrive within 1 to 3 days once shipped.
Certain local orders (within a 10 mile radius of Quincy, MA) may ship via a local courier.
Delivery is available within the continental Untied States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or International.
If you’d like an order to arrive on a specific date, please contact customer service at 1-800-257-2782 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturday Delivery is unavailable.
Shipping Rates
There is a flat delivery fee of $19.99 or $29.99 per order, depending on destination.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that that there is a problem with your purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-800-257-2782 for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed for future shipment can be cancelled or modified by contacting customer service prior to shipping. (See delivery schedule above). Cancellations can be made at 1-800-257-2782.
